 Gretchen McKinney served as our realtor a
little over a year ago and I still think of her often. Not only for the
wonderful Job she did as our realtor but also for what a warm and
friendly person she is. She really listened to our needs when looking
for a home .
She was mindful of our budget and was never
pushy. She made herself available and sent new home listings daily for
us to look at. I have recommended Gretchen and will continue to do
so.

finding us a wonderful home that makes us smile each time we step in the
door.

 I was in search of a piece of
land, but was having trouble on my own. I happen to find something on
the internet (although it wasn't a fit for me), and that is how I met
Gretchen. I did not commit to working with anyone, but Gretchen
started sending me listings, one night I drove out to one of the
listings she sent me, and I fell in love....
 I called her immediately and I think it was
close to 9pm. We got together and made an offer, my offer was declined
due to a higher offer. I was very disappointed and went on my way.
About 2 weeks later Gretchen calls me and says that the deal must have
fallen through and the listing expired, she wanted to know if I wanted
to put another offer in, long story short, I got that piece of land that
I wanted.
Gretchen was always there for me, answering
any questions and returning all my calls.
