I called her immediately and I think it was close to 9pm. We got together and made an offer, my offer was declined due to a higher offer.   I was very disappointed and went on my way. 

About 2 weeks later Gretchen calls me and says that the deal must have fallen through and the listing expired, she wanted to know if I wanted to put another offer in, long story short, I got that piece of land that I wanted.

Gretchen was always there for me, answering any questions and returning all my calls.
