She offers personal service and she does not hand her clients off to anyone. Communication is the key to successfully working together as a team.
Once she has completed the analysis she then provides her clients with ongoing research and information to give them the most options and choices that are available. She never rushes her clients and she lets them know from the beginning that this process may be quicker than they expected or take much longer than they expected. Either way, she is with them until they reach their goal.
Once they have found the perfect home and have made an offer and even closed on that home that is when her true level of service shines through. She does not forget her clients after closing and she stays in touch with you for years to come providing you with up to date Real Estate reports, articles, information, and even an analysis of the home they purchased on an annual basis.

Gretchen is not limited to selling real estate in the Gig Harbor area, her service coverage area includes areas of King, Kitsap, Pierce, Mason and Thurston counties. Additionally, she will assist you with out of area referrals. She has an extensive nationwide referral network as well.
